MyNina’s email support is designed for parents who feel unsure about their baby’s or toddler’s sleep and are looking for quick, practical guidance. Without the need for phone calls or scheduled appointments.

You describe your situation in writing and I respond with empathy, evidence- based insigh and clear, actionable suggestions that you can try right away.

How Email Support Works

1. Your Request

You contact me via the contact form or by email and briefly describe your concern.

I will reply with a questionnaire and ask you to return it to me once completed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. My response

You will receive a detailed, personal email that:

 

  • briefly summarizes your situation
  • includes 2-3 age-a-appropriate, immediately actionable suggestions
  • offers a simple if-then orientation for everyday situations
  • provides reassurance and emotional relief

All guidance is practical, pressure-free and easy to understand, without technical language or rigid methods. 

3. Mini Plan for the Next Few Days

In addition, you will receive a clear mini plan for the next 2-3 days, for example:

  • 1-2 concrete things you can try right away
  • What to pay attention to while observing

The focus is not on perfection, but on small, manageable steps that fit into your everyday life.

4. Follow-Up

After a few days, I will check in with you to see how you are doing and what, if anything, has changed.

If you wish we can then explore possible next steps together.
