Attachment-oriented sleep support for babies – and gently for toddlers as well

Nights with a baby can be long and challenging.

If sleep deprivation, many questions or uncertainty around your baby’s sleep are weighing on you, MyNiNa offers a protected space for orientation, understanding and practical, everyday support.

MyNiNa is primarily designed for families with babies in their first year of life, but also supports toddlers when sleep, closeness and regulation continue to need attention.

MyNiNa may be right for you if you…

  • have a baby and find it hard to rest at night
  • feel unsure about what is age-appropriate or “normal”
  • have a baby who wakes frequently or struggles to fall asleep

  • are looking for an attachment-oriented approach, without pressure or sleep training

Even if your child is already older (toddler age), MyNiNa can support you, always adapted to your child’s developmental stage, needs and your family situation.

My approach with MyNiNa

MyNiNa is not about “optimising” a child’s sleep.

It is about understanding sleep in context, considering development, attachment, regulation and your family’s resources as a whole.

My work is:

  • age-appropriate, especially for babies in their first year
  • free from rigid methods or training approaches
  • practical and applicable to everyday life
  • attentive to both your baby and you as a parent

Low-threshold support for acute questions

You describe your current situation by email and receive an empathetic, well-grounded response with 2–3 concrete impulses that you can try out directly in everyday life.

Particularly suitable for:

  • early uncertainties around baby sleep
  • brief orientation without scheduling a call

📞 Confidence Call (60 minutes)

Clarity, reassurance and concrete next steps

In this conversation, we look at your situation together, focusing on your baby (or toddler) and your current life phase.

You receive orientation, answers to your questions and practical steps for the days ahead.

🌙 Sleep Journey

Multi-week, attachment-oriented sleep support

For families who would like more in-depth support.

The Sleep Journey is primarily designed for families with babies, but can also be helpful for toddlers when sleep and night-time challenges persist.

Our work together is:

  • gentle
  • developmentally and attachment-oriented
  • structured, but without pressure
