Arriving & Growing
The time around pregnancy, birth and the first year of family life is a period of profound change.
Alongside anticipation and closeness, feelings of uncertainty, fear, exhaustion and many open questions may arise.
In my 1:1 support “Arriving & Growing”, you will find a protected space to pause and reconnect with yourself.
A space where you are seen with everything that is present – and where we work together to develop orientation, inner stability and confidence.
Two gentle entry points
🤍 During pregnancy
You may be experiencing worries or fears related to birth.
Thoughts about whether you will be able to cope, how the birth might unfold, or what lies ahead afterwards can take up a great deal of inner space.
In this phase, I support you in:
- making sense of inner restlessness
- strengthening trust in yourself
- preparing mentally and emotionally for birth and parenthood
The goal is not perfection, but a sense of inner grounding and readiness.
🌱 After birth & during the first year
After birth, many things change at once.
Sleep deprivation, new roles, emotional ups and downs, or the feeling of losing inner ground are common experiences.
I support you in:
- sorting through overwhelm
- finding stability in everyday life
- developing trust in your own path as a parent and as a family
So that, step by step, you can feel strengthened and better prepared for what lies ahead.

Structure & framework of the support
The support is open and flexible while still providing stability and structure. We begin where you are right now and focus on what you need in this moment.
Your individual topics are at the the center, for example, pregnancy, birth, exhaustion, emotional wellbeing, bonding or transitions in everyday life and professional life.
My approach is attachment- and needs-based, without pressure or rigid methods. I combine professional knowledge, experience and sensitive, compassionate support on an equal level.
A duration of approximately 8-12 weeks is recommended to allow for genuine relief and sustainable change. Sessions and focus areas remain flexible and adapt to your life and your personal pace.
Aim of the support
The aim of “Arriving & Growing” is that you:
- feel more emotionally stable
- develop greater trust in yourself
- face the coming months with confidence
- feel equipped to meet upcoming challenges
Not because everything will be easy –
but because you know how to find support within yourself.
