The time around pregnancy, birth and the first year with a baby is intense – full of change, questions and emotions.

I support you in finding inner stability, strengthening trust in yourself, and moving through this special time with greater confidence and calm.

If worries, fears or inner restlessness arise during pregnancy – especially when thinking about birth or what lies ahead – you are welcome here.

This is a safe space to explore your thoughts, strengthen trust in yourself and prepare mentally for the transition into parenthood.

🌱 After birth & during the first year

If you feel exhausted, overwhelmed or unsure after your baby is born, I support you in finding orientation, regaining inner ground and trusting your own way as a parent and as a family.

My work is attachment- and needs-oriented, grounded in professional knowledge, experience and a calm, respectful presence.

There is no pressure, no rigid methods and no one-size-fits-all solutions.

Each family brings its own rhythm, story and strengths – my role is to support and strengthen what is already there.

Main Offering

🌿 Arriving & Growing – Individual Parental Support

In my 1:1 support, I accompany parents through sensitive transitions with the goal of strengthening inner security, confidence and resilience for the months ahead.

The support is open, yet clearly structured, beginning with a shared starting point and a recommended duration of approximately 8–12 weeks.

  • Attachment- and needs-oriented approach
  • Space for fears, exhaustion and major transitions

🌙 Sleep & Night Support

MyNina – Understanding sleep & nights

Sleep deprivation and challenging nights can place an additional strain on families.

MyNina offers a specialised space for gentle, relationship-based support around baby sleep and nights – either as part of the 1:1 support or as a standalone service.

🌜Night Nanny Service

The nights with a newborn can be physically and emotionally demanding.

The Night Nanny Service provides practical relief by offering professional nighttime care for your baby, allowing you to rest, recover and regain strength.

  • Night-time care by experienced professionals
  • Support during the postpartum period and beyond
  • Available for single nights or ongoing support
